The Darius Washington Foundation is seeking energetic, reliable, and athletic individuals to support our after-school youth sports programs in Orlando. This role is perfect for college students, former athletes, or active individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to make a positive impact through sports.

Our programs focus on basketball and football fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, confidence-building, and mentorship in a structured, supportive environment.

This is a  part-time position, ideal for someone looking for flexible hours after school while gaining experience in youth development, coaching, or community work.

• Assist with after-school basketball and football activities for youth
   
• Lead or support drills focused on fundamentals, coordination, and skill development
   
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
   
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
   
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for program participants
   
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment
   
• Follow program guidelines and safety procedures at all times
   

• Must be at least 18 years old
   
• Background in athletics (basketball, football, or general sports experience preferred)
   
• College students, former athletes, or athletic individuals strongly encouraged to apply
   
• Comfortable working with children in a group setting
   
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
   
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
   
• Ability to lead, motivate, and engage youth
